Iterative Engineering changes its address
Iterative Engineering sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Zabrze, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000900004, NIP: 6482804153, REGON: 388898977,
announces that its address will change as of 1st of October 2024 to:
- ul. Wolności 191 lok. 913, 41-800 Zabrze.
The previous address: ul. Wolności 191 lok. 311, 41-800 Zabrze, remains valid till end of September 2024.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the change concerns only the Company’s address - all other data, including NIP, KRS, bank account numbers, telephone numbers, as well as e-mail addresses, remain unchanged. Please include the above change in all new documents issued for the Company starting from 1 October 2024. At the same time, we would like to mention that, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, a change of the Company’s address does not have the effect of changing the entity that was and still is a party to the contracts already concluded. A change of the Company’s address does not result in any modification of the Company’s obligations or mutual rights and obligations under the agreements concluded by our Company and does not require their annexation. The change of the Company’s address takes effect as soon as it is made, and the relevant update of data in the National Court Register will take place within approximately two months.
Informal Message
So after spending nearly 7 years at office 311 on Wolności 191 (since 1st of November 2017) it is time for a small change. We move to a different one. Not far indeed, as we stay in the same building but just change the floor from 3rd to 9th, preparing to occupy office 913, which shall happen from on 1st of October.
The new office shall provide us with more work and social space, therefore should address our current needs better. Not to mention it should also provide quite a better view of the Silesia panorama.
The setup operations and transfers have already begun and gave our team some interesting challenges :), following are just a few scenese from the process.
